What I didn't: I am not be a lawyer but I am suspicious that there maybe more efficient ways of obtaining evidence of copyright violation than playing 12 hours of a computer game every day. With that in mind I think the evidence points to the heroine enjoying the game far more than she lets on. On the topic of legality, it seems pretty tenuous to make a deal when you could easily just have someone arrested for trespassing and publicly discredit their claims like by suggesting they planted evidence while they were trespassing. I am also suspicious that the deal they made was not legally binding. It seems like both parties would have ample grounds and incentive to renig. I also am not a computer expert but if the MMO that the entire world is playing is running off a single set of 4 servers with no redundancy built in, the people running the game are also not computer experts. I mean the lag time would be absolutely terrible. It also seems like even for an eccentric billionaire swinging an axe around in an office building would raise some serious red flags in security.
Who should watch this? Anyone who has ever wondered what it would be like to live in Grand Theft Auto. Anyone who wonders what Ready Player One would look like from the other side.
Would I watch it again? It was fun to see. I may go back and look for more easter eggs.
